We have indoor and outdoor seating available tables in our brewpub.  We kindly request that if you have not been vaccinated that you wear a mask while in motion. Our goal is to provide a safe environment for everybody that wants some delicious beer and food.

Mancos Brewing Company provides great beer in a relaxed setting . Come in, sit down, order a beer (or a glass of wine) and a bite of food.  We also offer a rotating selection of bottled beer for purchase, to drink on site or take home. We aim to be a true public house — a place to meet a friend, or make a new one — a place to gather together for any and all reason.

Beers

We are a nano brewery, crafting our beers in 2 to 7 barrel batches. We cover a broad range of beer styles – come in and see what we have on tap.

American Rice Lager

The lightest, cleanest, low alcohol beer we make! Made with both flaked rice and rice syrup for a dry crisp malt finish. Lightly hopped with Citra hops for a touch of citrus flavor.

Bear Track Brown Ale

An americanized English pub brew that is delightfully smooth with a delicate nutty to roasty finish. A beer to release your inner beast.

Bock

German style lager brewed to highlight malty flavors. Rich bready, caramel and dark fruit flavors dominate. No perceptible hop bitterness or flavor.

Cliff Dweller Red Ale

European malt flavor balanced with a light domestic hop bitterness and aroma. Cold fermented with saison yeast yielding pleasant fruity esters. A beer to be enjoyed generously.

Desert Drifter Rye Ale

English style i.p.a. built around 3 layers of rye (crystal, flaked & malted) with generous amounts of west coast hops. A beer for those who break their own trail.

Dizzy Blonde Pale Ale

Doppel Bock

A stronger version of the current Bock recipe. This version has more alcohol, sweetness and dark fruit flavors.

Dunkelweizen

A German style dark wheat beer fermented with a classic dunkel yeast. Malty flavors blend with lite banana and clove aromas.

Extra Dizzy I.P.A.

An amped up version of the the Dizzy Blonde, featuring an Australian dry hop addition providing a tropical and peppery kick. Bold, yet seductively easy to drink. This one can getcha where you wanna go a little quicker.

Grand Cru Grapefruit Saison

Brewed with grapefruit peel, Belgian candy sugar and generous amounts of wheat. Cold fermented to keep the esters in a lower profile and a cleaner finish.

Mancos Gold Pilsner

Mancos sh’Ale Dark Ale

Pagan Porter

Red Barn Ginger Braggot

A “braggot” is a mead (a honey wine) that is made with a cereal grain, the basic ingredient of beer. In other words, a honey-beer. Our braggot is made with Sorghum, which like honey, is gluten free. We also use gluten free Lager yeast in a very long cold fermentation process which yields a very dry and clean finish, in spite of it’s sweet aroma. Organic ginger root and lemongrass are used for flavoring, rather than hops.

Vanilla Bean Porter
